Starter Program (Week of April 6, 2026) SHAPE UP CHALLENGE
Our Starter Class welcomes clients who are new to ANNIECONCEPT or new to exercising. This class introduces essential techniques that awaken muscles, refine alignment and build strength from within while developing a deeper body-mind connection.
