Focus: Legs This week looks a little different. While Annie takes a short pause to recover, we’re revisiting a beautifully designed Legs session from our studio archive — a class that remains just as effective and transformative as ever. This practice focuses on sculpting long, elegant, beautifully toned legs — without bulk. Through precise, controlled movement, we draw the muscles into length, refine the inner thighs, and support proper alignment of the legs and pelvis. Timeless, intelligent, and deeply effective. Equipment: - Mat - Towel - Hand Weights: 0.5kg (1lb) + 1kg (2lbs) - Ankle Weights: 0.5kg (1lb) Recommended Frequency: For deep, lasting change, practice 4–6 times per week. Our Starter Class welcomes clients who are new to ANNIECONCEPT or new to exercising. This class introduces essential techniques that awaken muscles, refine alignment and build strength from within while developing a deeper body-mind connection. Practice Guidance: - Join up to 6 sessions per week for best results. - Move with intention, patience and control - Adding weights gradually as your strength evolves
