THE SIGNATURE CHAIR SERIES By popular request, we are delighted to introduce this week’s exclusive Chair Method Sessions — a sophisticated, results-driven full-body experience designed to sculpt with intention and elegance. Focus: Full Body - strengthening body-mind connection - working your entire body - awakening your smaller, deep muscle groups - designing beautiful slim toned but feminine muscles - promoting weight loss Equipment: - Hand Weights: 0.5 kg (1lb) + 1kg (2lbs) - Ankle Weights: 0.5 kg (1lb) Recommended Frequency: - 4 to 6 sessions per week Annie recommends exercising 4 to 6 times per week to achieve meaningful and lasting results. Equally important is allowing time for rest and recovery, giving your body the opportunity to fully integrate the benefits of your workouts. The goal is a holistic and balanced lifestyle that supports both physical and mental well-being.

Our Starter Class welcomes clients who are new to ANNIECONCEPT or new to exercising. This class introduces essential techniques that awaken muscles, refine alignment and build strength from within while developing a deeper body-mind connection. Practice Guidance: - Join up to 6 sessions per week for best results. - Move with intention, patience and control - Adding weights gradually as your strength evolves
