CHECK-IN WEEK: Start 2026 with energy and awareness through our special Check-In Week. This progressive class series helps you identify the level that best suits your current needs and physical condition. Each class builds on the previous one, allowing you to tune into your body, explore your limits, and choose the most appropriate level. Impact, choreography, and pace increase gradually with each level. Focus: - Full-body training - Slimming and toning - Balanced muscle activation - High calorie burn through multi-muscle engagement while supporting sustainable, deep muscular change Optional equipment: - hand weights: 0.5 kg (1lb) +1kg (2lbs) - ankle weights: 0.5 kg (1lb) Recommended frequency: - 3–6 sessions per week Annie recommends exercising 3–6 times per week to support deep and long-lasting results. While motivation and drive are wonderful, adequate rest is equally important to allow your body to adapt and integrate the changes created through training. This program supports a holistic, balanced approach to movement and wellbeing.

The Advanced Program is crafted for clients who are already familiar with ANNIECONCEPT and ready to refine technique, master angles and elevate performance.
